Makerspace Summer Camp @ the Library

Inventory has been completed and the students have left for summer. But I'm still in the library for the next week and I'm super excited to start a summer camp in my school library this year. www.makerspacecamp.com  will give students a chance to freely explore and create Science, Engineering, Math and Technology topic in the library. Tomorrow we have two sections kicking off Code Camp where students will learn how to write code and create video games and print 3D designs. In the afternoon we will offer DIY camp where campers will learn how to upscale recycled material and create original designs with duct tape. During lunch we will check out Google Hangout interviews from serious makers and creators in the makerspace movement.
